This free in person workshop takes 1st June 2-3pm at Gateway Business Centre.  Participants will leave this training with and understanding of how to delegate your staff to give them more opportunities to learn, grow and boost productivity.  You will develop and appreciation of three different motivators and how to use these to energise and motivate your staff.  And finally to plan how to integrate your learning into the workplace.
