The event was live from The Lord Bagenal Inn, Leighlinbridge and broadcast live on KCLR 96FM on 17th November 2022. The broadcast commenced from 10am and concluded by 12 noon, during the broadcast there were commercial breaks, however and these are included in the recording.

Vicky Phelan Portrait Exhibition

County Carlow Chamber of Commerce were delighted to host a reception to welcome the Vicky Phelan Portrait to Carlow as part of a month long visit to the County.  The reception saw a number of presentations including artist Vincent Devine who created the piece.
