Henry Shaw founded Shaw’s in 1864, when he opened a small drapery store in Mountmellick, Co. Laois. Today, the company remains family-owned and the current Managing Director, Jonathan Shaw, is among the fourth generation of the Shaw family to work in the business. Shaw’s is a department store business operating in 16 locations nationwide. Shaw’s stores offer leading brands with a strong focus on customer service.

The company operates close to 300,000 square feet of retail space in prominent high street and shopping centre locations and provides employment to almost 1,000 people.
