Matrix Recruitment Group is a leading 100% Irish owned national recruitment company. Established in 1998, they have 5 offices nationwide – Dublin, Waterford, Carlow, Athlone and Galway – all staffed by highly qualified and experienced consultants. They specialise in several job categories including accountancy, financial services, engineering, manufacturing, quality & laboratory, supply chain, human resources, office support & IT and sales & marketing.
Matrix Recruitment Group, originally known as WBS Recruitment, was founded in 1998 by Kieran McKeown, a proud Fermanagh man with a fellowship from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and over 20 years’ industry experience.
In 2006, the company re-branded as Matrix Recruitment Group and opened two new offices – Carlow and Athlone – becoming the leading recruitment agency in the South East and Midlands. At this stage, the team had increased to 15 members, and as well as specialising in recruitment for accountancy roles, the business had moved into engineering, quality, IT, office, sales & marketing, HR and customer service recruitment.
Matrix now has 5 offices (including Dublin) and 25 staff across Ireland
Fast forward to 2013 when Matrix expanded into Dublin, opening of its fifth office in Citywest. Today, Matrix Recruitment Group consists of 25 staff, specialising in permanent, temporary and contract recruitment for accountancy, financial services, engineering, manufacturing, quality & laboratory, supply chain, human resources, office support & IT, and sales & marketing roles.
