HR Manager

FLI Precast Solutions are currently hiring a HR Manager to join their team. This role comes at a time of change and growth for FLI Precast and is a great opportunity for an ambitious HR professional who wants to develop new skills and experiences. This role will suit someone who is seeking to expand their knowledge and experience and develop in their career as a HR professional. The role is standalone and the successful candidate will have the scope to make the role their own by providing their expert HR knowledge. Ideally this person will have previous experience in a similar role and will have worked in manufacturing. The work will initially be onsite for the first six months.

The primary focus of this role is to coordinate the implementation of HR management systems, develop and introduce standardised procedures and adopt best practices across core HR disciplines of recruitment, training, employee relations and performance management. The HR Manager will be a key member of the management team and will partner with managers to build talent and people capability to improve business performance. The successful candidate will influence HR strategy to develop a strong work culture which is aligned to company values, enabling the business to produce high quality products safely and efficiently.
