Customer Service Representative
We are looking for an energetic Customer Service Representative for a to join our talented team in Carlow town where you will be working in the offices of a small dessert manufacturing company.
The role will involve :
– Dealing with customer orders and incoming telephone calls/emails
- Invoicing and dealing with stock management on Sage 50,
- Placing orders with suppliers, arranging collections with logistics companies
- Updating CRM system with leads and relevant information gathered
- Admin assistance to the financial controller
To be considered for this position you you meet the following requirements:
-You must have 2 years+ office experience
-Experience in a small business is preferable
-Excellent attention to details
-Ability to adapt, learn quickly and multi-task effectively
-A high level of IT literacy, especially Sage 50, Microsoft word, Excel.
Euro 15/hour
Monday-Friday
9am-5.30pm
