Based in Caredoc Call Assessment Centre, St. Dympna’s Hospital, Athy Road, Carlow

Working hours include weekends, evenings and overnights.

Hours will vary depending on the requirements of the Caredoc service with a high level of flexibility required

Applicants must possess excellent

  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer and administrative skills
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Experience in

  • Reception and or telephony call centre environment
  • Working independently and as a team member in a busy environment
