In relation to nominations:

You can nominate a company / Individual in up to 2 categories, this can be done on the one form
You can compete multiple nominations, i.e if you wish to nominate a number of companies or individuals, that is fine, just complete a separate form for each company/individual
Please ensure that all requested details are provided, failure to provide full and correct details including supporting evidence, may cause a nomination to be ruled invalid
Nominations will only be accepted within the designated period. Closing Monday 15th August at 12 noon.
