The Role
- Analyze and develop technology solutions based on customer requirements.
- Work with Developers and Architects in developing configurations based on requirements.
- Identify and apply innovative technologies to update existing environment.
- Create and maintain documentation for application installations, changes, and upgrades.
- Train Junior Engineers on updates and new installations.
- Coordinate with vendors and support team on problem resolution, design issues and upgrades.
- Perform troubleshooting, incident response, and patching in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in timely and accurate manner to improve application performance and functionality.
- Develop and implement strategies for migration, consolidation, and upgrade of application components.
- Evaluate system architecture and make recommendations as required.
- Develop and implement standard processes for installation, maintenance, and enhancement of applications.

- Maintain environment uptime by monitoring server exceptions and resolving server specific issues
- Create new hosts, add and configure adapters, create new databases, add additional servers as required for scale out, create new groups
- Debug application errors, manage load across the server groups
- Deploy new applications into the server environment, manage strong name keys
- Support new service solutions, new technologies, systems, applications, hardware changes, configuration management, release management
- Security administration, system administration, network administration, service monitoring and control, directory services administration, storage management, job scheduling
Knowledge of tools required:
- MQ – IBM WebSphere MQ
- IIB / ACE
- MuleSoft Administration
- QlikView & Biztalk
- Any other integration platform skill would be a plus
