‘Hello, How are you’

County Carlow Chamber, UPMC Outreach Centre and Carlow Kilkenny Skillnet in association with Carlow Mental Health Association invite you to join us for a Coffee and a Chat on Thursday, March 30th from 11am-1pm.

Hello, How are you? campaign was launched by Carlow Mental health Association in 2016 and last year it went national with Mental Health Ireland. We are delighted support this important campaign again this year. The event will focus on Health, Wellbeing and Resilience.  On the morning our first talk will discuss “The Relationship between Physical and Mental Health” delivered by the UPMC Clinical Team, and this will be followed by Richard Burke discussing “Resilience & Stress Management in the Workplace”
