The Company’s primary focus is on business to business insurance solutions with particular expertise in the sectors of Waste Disposal/ Recycling/Composting & Wheelie Bins. The company has access to insurers specialising in Pubs, Hotels, Restaurants, Nightclubs and offers competitively rated scheme policies exclusive to Wright Group for haulage, courier, and personal accident. With a team continuously working on developing additional niche products and services.

Training and development is a key pillar underpinning the approach. Team members are actively encouraged to undertake further education, beyond the minimum regulatory requirements for CPD, in pursuit of career development. The company supports this, both financially by paying fees and, with study leave for exam preparation and attendance. When new roles become available the company has a track record of prioritising internal recruitment ensuring that current employees are given the opportunity to progress before recruiting externally. At present, a third of the team is participating in a programme of further education, and eight team members have been promoted internally since January.
