CIA (Catering Innovation Agency)

“Smarter Catering Equipment” is the trade marked tag line for the Catering Innovation Agency Ltd.

The company is based in the Shamrock Business Park in Graiguecullen, Carlow and has made considerable progress nationally since it was founded in 2008.

The company founded by former Royal Hotel Manager, Seamus Marnane, will provide all the commercial kitchens at JP McManus’s Adare Manor in Co. Limerick which reopens in Autumn 2017.

Signature projects also include the Red Cow Hotel, The Horse and Jockey and Dublin’s famous Trocadero Restaurant. The C.I.A. are also synonymous with the Merrychef range of high speed ovens, Mibrasa charcoal ovens and the Alto-Shaam range. The Carlow based company is strong on design and is passionate about smarter catering equipment with an emphasis on energy management and ergonomics.
