With over 25 years of experience in the Irish pharmaceutical industry, I have held senior sales and marketing roles, where I cultivated my passion for inspiring high-performance teams.

I hold a Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from Kingstown College, Dublin (2024), and an MBA from the Open University (2017), with a thesis focused on Organizational Culture and Change Management. These qualifications, alongside my extensive career, have equipped me with a strategic and human-centered approach to leadership.

Throughout my career, I have honed a collaborative leadership style, learning not only from my teams but also empowering them to take ownership of their success. I believe in stepping back when needed to allow talent to thrive and deliver exceptional results.  I’ve also learned that by keeping it simple and having consistent focus on *core elements* often led to the greatest success.
