Aidan Nolan & Associates was established in 2014, following over 10 years working as a Quantity Surveyor & Construction Manager on both the Contractors/Developers side and also on the Clients side on some of the largest construction projects in the country with a leading PQS firm.

 

Coming from a strong family tradition of building contractors and tradesmen has meant the development of a uniquely practical and grounded approach to each project.  This family tradition of trust, reliability and performance is at the heart of all we do at Aidan Nolan & Associates.  We pride ourselves on our detailed knowledge and understanding of the construction industry, and on the care and attention that we give to every project.
