MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • Chef qualifications . • Recent previous experience as Junior Sous Chef in a busy, but organised 4* star hotel/restaurant kitchen • Extensive knowledge of good food handling, food standards and presentation. • Proven success at leading a team to achieve high standards • Excellent leadership, organisational, communication and motivational skills • Ability to motivate team • Sound knowledge and passion for food • Thorough knowledge of HACCP • Thorough knowledge of kitchen management • Honest, reliable and hardworking • Demonstrate knowledge of cost structures and budget • On instructions from our clients, candidates without relevant experience are requested not to apply • Applicants must be legally entitled to work within Ireland and the EU Apply with CV to info@teachdolmain.ie
