Senior Electrical, Fire & Security Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead key projects from inception through to final handover. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, leadership, and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full project lifecycle from award through to final client handover
  • Attend site surveys and pre-tender meetings; coordinate with tendering team on accurate pricing
  • Develop project plans and implement value engineering strategies
  • Manage project budgets, scopes, and timelines to meet client and company expectations
  • Oversee procurement of labour and materials
  • Prepare Health & Safety documentation and ensure compliance on all sites
  • Attend and lead site meetings to track progress and resolve issues
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant standards and industry best practices
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure quality across all project areas
  • Use in-house systems for engineer scheduling, job reporting, and cost tracking
  • Maintain a high standard of detail across client documentation and on-site work
  • Provide regular progress updates to senior management
  • Manage invoicing, payment applications, and project variations
  • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of satisfaction

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in project management within the electrical, fire, or security systems sector
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with project management software
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations in Ireland
  • Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently
  • Client-focused with strong relationship-building skills
  • A relevant degree is advantageous but not essential
