Commit To Building A Healthy Workplace

The SME WellBusiness Charter enables SMEs to publicly commit to building a healthy workplace through a free self-guided programme. Developed by Chambers Ireland in partnership with Healthy Ireland, the Charter provides Chamber members with a quick, simple and practical way for SMES to access step-by-step guidance, tools and training to help build a healthier workplace.

The SME WellBusiness Charter is a free and practical wellbeing programme that provides SMEs with a clear framework for building a healthy workplace. Developed by Chambers Ireland in partnership with Healthy Ireland, it is available exclusively to Chamber members.

The programme offers simple, stepbystep support through tools, templates and training — all designed for busy SMEs who want an easy-to-follow framework for improving employee wellbeing. By strengthening how your organisation supports its people, the Charter can help improve staff retention, reduce absenteeism and boost productivity. Ireland in partnership with Healthy Ireland, it is available exclusively to Chamber members.
