Office Administrator

Location: Carlow
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Barrow Consultancy & Training is seeking a proactive, adaptable, and motivated Office Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being part of a collaborative team, and is eager to develop professionally within the training and consultancy sector.

What You will Do:

As Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing general administrative support to various departments
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Liaising with clients and staff across multiple locations
• Managing communications and scheduling
• Supporting training coordination and planning
• Travelling to other company locations as required

We’re looking for a Office Administrator who:

• Has great computer skills (Word & Excel essential)
• Communicates well and works great in a team
• Can use their initiative and adapt quickly
• Holds a full driver’s licence (travel required)
• Is eager to learn, upskill, and grow with us
Full training will be provided – No experience needed.
