Carlow Youth training in association with Kilkenny Carlow Education and Training board provides a learner centred approach to early school leavers (16-21) in an out of school setting.  It offers a range of quality services responding to the needs of young people throughout the area.

The board of CYT now invite applications from enthusiastic and self -motivated individuals for the position of

INSTRUCTOR IN ART, CRAFT AND POTTERY SKILLS

Successful applicants should be able to demonstrate the ability to work with young people in a holistic way and assist with the recruitment of learners. You should work well as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of all programmes in the centre. The position is for 25 hours weekly beginning in August

Applicants must possess:

A recognised diploma/qualification at minimum QQI level 6

Minimum three year’s relevant experience

Significant experience of working with young people

Excellent communication, teamwork and IT skills
