Eist

Volunteers form the backbone of the centre, they are essential in assisting in the day to day running of the centre.
The centre volunteers work four hour shifts either morning or afternoon per week. If you would like to volunteer with them please contact the Centre support is invaluable to them; it allows them to provide their support services to the people of Co. Carlow and the surrounding areas.
Over the years the exceptional support of the whole community has resulted in many fun and interesting fundraising events being organised. As Eist are funded almost exclusively from voluntary fundraising, every coffee morning, quiz night, theme day is important to them in raising much needed funds.
