Carlow Business Awards 2018 – Launch

Jul 18, 2018

The 2018 Business Awards will be launched by County Carlow Chamber at a reception on Thursday 19th July 2018, in Swan Electrical, Carlow.  Sean Swan was recognised at the 2017 Awards with a Lifetime Achievement Award, for his continued contribution to business and the community in Carlow over many years.

The awards are designed to recognise the innovation, talent, quality and entrepreneurial spirit of businesses and the people within Carlow, and over the years the awards have grown to become one of the most important dates in calendars across the county and the South East.  While many of the categories will remain unchanged, there are some changes, full details of which will be announced on the night.

“The awards are about recognition; Recognition of people and organisations that have made an exceptional contribution to their businesses and in turn to Carlow.  The awards cover a range of sectors and areas; and the nominations will be open for everyone in the county to have their say on who deserves to be recognised.” Commented Brian O’Farrell, CEO County Carlow Chamber.

A full category listing will be available following the launch on the Carlow Chamber website www.carlowchamber.com along with details on how you can nominate a business or individual you believe deserves to be recognised.
