NUA Manufacturing are currently recruiting for a number of Production Operatives for our state of the art Manufacturing Facility in Carlow.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Operate machinery and equipment as required in the production process
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that the products meet our quality standards
- Working on multiple jobs to achieve quality and delivery requirements
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure the safety of all employees.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and quality
- Ensuring tasks are carried out in line with company procedures and standards
Requirements
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Good attention to detail and ‘get it right first time’ attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience in manufacturing, an advantage but not essential
- Good level of English
