Production Operative

NUA Manufacturing are currently recruiting for a number of Production Operatives for our state of the art Manufacturing Facility in Carlow.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Operate  machinery and equipment as required in the production process
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure that the products meet our quality standards
  • Working on multiple jobs to achieve  quality and delivery requirements
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure the safety of all employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output and quality
  • Ensuring tasks are carried out in line with company procedures and standards

Requirements

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Good attention to detail and ‘get it right first time’ attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Previous experience in manufacturing,  an advantage but not essential
  • Good level of English
