Part-Time Receptionist

The Lord Bagenal Inn is currently recruiting a Part-Time Receptionist to join their team.

Working 2–4 shifts per week

Main duties:
Responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests.
Ensure the front office runs smoothly.
Deal with bedroom, restaurant & meeting room enquiries and bookings.
Deal with any guest queries/issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Have full product knowledge of the hotel.
Computer literate, including Microsoft packages.
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Excellent organisational skills with a genuine interest in the hospitality industry
Fluent English is essential for this role

Must be available to work various shifts including morning, evening & weekends (variable hours per week). Rostered hours will be over a seven day period.

Full training will be provided.
