You spoke and we listened – new desk calendar to replace Chamber diary
Based on feedback from member surveys, we have decided to introduce a Chamber Desktop Calendar for 2027, replacing the Chamber diary. The survey results reflect the changing way that people are scheduling their busy working lives – with many now using online tools.
The self-standing desk calendar offers a versatile, at-a-glance view of each month, with an option to write-in appointments if preferred, providing a practical alternative to diaries and a physical supplement to online calendars. They will be free to all members and available from early December 2026.
The new look desk top calendar will also have space for advertising throughout – meaning that you can still raise the profile of your business should you wish.
‘We are very aware that the Chamber diary was a popular way for many businesses to increase the visibility of their brand, products or services to all Chamber members through the advertising pages.’ Says Norah Ryan, President of the Chamber. ‘We want to continue to offer that option for raising your business profile – so we have opted for a design that allows for both full-page and half-page ads for Chamber members only. Our Corporate Members will have first option on the full-page ads, and then the remaining advertisements (a mix of full and half page) will be available to book directly with Lisa, on a first come first served basis.’
