Developed by Carlow County Council in conjunction with PMM and assisted by County Carlow Chamber, the Programme delivers support for small retailers to achieve new innovations necessary to increase footfall.

Speaking at the launch, Eilish Corcoran, County Carlow Chamber Chief Executive, said, “Supporting our retail sector in Carlow at a local level is a necessity. The programme offered can help strengthen commercial viability and help retailers remain competitive.  It provides retailers with a unique  opportunity to take an objective look at their business using the assistance of outside expertise.”
