The Valuations Office are currently undertaking the revaluation of premises across the county, how will this affect your business, the rates charged and how we operate?

County Carlow Chamber are in contact with the Valuation Office and have scheduled a seminar where you can get more information, find out how the valuations will affect rates, how we can appeal valuations etc.

Declan Lavelle who is the Head of Valuation Services will join us on the evening.  Declan has overall responsibility for the operational delivery of all valuation services across the Valuation Office, including the national revaluation programme and a programme of ongoing revision of existing valuations. Declan is also responsible for keeping valuation legislation under review and for the implementation of new legislation affecting the operations of the Valuation Office.
