Building A Better Business – Increase Efficiency, Reduce Costs & Increase Profits

Introduction:

County Carlow Chamber have developed the ‘Building A Better Business’ programme in association with the Local Enterprise Office to support the growth of its member businesses. The Building a Better Business programme is about taking what you do in your business and finding ways to do it Faster, Better, and Together as a team. The Building a Better Business programme is about more than cash savings to small business owners. For many it is about building a stable, secure, and sustainable business that is agile enough to face economic challenges. This programme is centered on the belief that waste exists in all processes and while it is a practical, hands on programme but not focusing on the obvious ways of looking at problems and opportunities.

Who is this programme for:

This programme is aimed at Carlow based owner/managers of small/medium sized businesses (5 – 50 employees), at any stage of their business growth journey who are interested in improving their business processes and who are interested in becoming more competitive and efficient within their businesses existing capacity and capability. Applicants must be located within County Carlow and cannot be clients of either Enterprise Ireland or the IDA.

Programme Details:

The Programme consists of 2 highly interactive group workshops, followed by 4 x ½ days of in-company support with a Productivity Coach to help make your great business, be better! You will be introduced to some simple productivity tools, take part in practical exercises, and have the opportunity to discuss your business challenges with Business Experts.

Group Workshops: Wednesday 22nd & 29th January 2025 @ 9:30am -12:30pm in Enterprise House, O’Brien Road. €50pp
Followed by 4 x one to one in-company sessions will be scheduled with you individually
