Chambers Ireland Welcomes St. Patrick’s Day Missions

Feb 13, 2025

Chambers Ireland welcomed the Government’s St. Patrick’s Day missions, highlighting their significance in promoting Irish business.

Speaking this afternoon, Chambers Ireland Chief Executive Ian Talbot said: “We commend the Government’s commitment to engaging with over 40 international destinations this year. No other country enjoys such a global platform annually and it is crucial that we maximise this opportunity.

St. Patrick’s Day is a worldwide celebration of Irish culture and provides a unique chance to showcase Ireland as a destination for investment and tourism. It also serves as a vital opportunity to promote Irish businesses, products and services, particularly in key export markets as global trade dynamics continue to evolve.”

He continued:

“Leveraging this global attention is essential. We fully support the Government’s initiatives to enhance our international reputation and explore new market opportunities.

The missions will generate interest in Irish businesses and create new opportunities for collaboration. We wish them every success.”
