Carlow Climate Action Plan

Jun 22, 2023

We would like to thank everyone who took part in our Public consultation for Carlow’s Climate Action Plan.  It was an informative session in which a number of concerns were raised by local business:

  • Lack of trustworthy advice on the purchase of retrofit materials and systems.
  • Increase in grant aid from Central Government is needed.
  • The operating pace of SEAI & SEEA is too slow and present barriers to Local Businesses who are willing to invest in energy efficient systems.

The following draft Climate Action Plan has been issued: Pre draft public consultation Carlow Chamber May 2023-compressed
