Mental and Physical health are so important both in work and home life.  County Carlow Chamber in partnership with UPMC Outreach Centre and Carlow Kilkenny Skillnet are hosting a morning focused on Health, Wellbeing and Resilience on the 30th March,

The event is free for anybody to attend and will feature two very informative and important talks.  The relationship between Physical and Mental Health will be discussed by the UPMC Clinical Team and this will be followed by Richard Burke or Resilliance Matters who will discuss Resilience and Stress Management in the Workplace.
