County Carlow Chamber in partnership with Harney Nolan Chartered Accounts held a Budget Breakfast Briefing on Wednesday 11th October in The Woodford Dolmen Hotel.

With presentations from our expert panel on the morning, all areas of Budget 2018 were reviewed and discussed.  The expert panel included:

  • Michael D’Arcy T.D – Minister of State at the Department of Finance and the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform with special responsibility for Financial Services and Insurance
  • Tony Harney – Managing Partner, Harney Nolan Chartered Accountants
  • James Nolan – Audit Partner, Harney Nolan Chartered Accountants
  • John Madigan – Head of Products Strategic Banking Corporation of Ireland
